# Physical Shipping
#### Q.About shipping charges
A separate postage fee will apply. After submitting your application by mail, please check the email from the secretariat and pay the postage fee in USDC. The email will be sent within 3 days.
#### Q. Can I redeem the physical card for my NFT?
Yes. All physical cards are securely vaulted, and holders can request shipment of the physical card at any time from the My Cards page.
The redemption flow is as follows:
1. Submit a shipping request from the My Cards page.
2. Within 3 days, you will receive an email from the BONKUJI team with the shipping fee quote.
3. Pay the shipping fee in USDC.
4. Once payment is confirmed, your NFT is burned and the physical card is dispatched.
5. Tracking information will be shared with you so you can follow your package every step of the way.
⚠️ Once the NFT is burned, the redemption cannot be reversed. You cannot keep both the NFT and the physical card.
#### Q. About shipping charges
A separate shipping fee applies and is not included in the lottery (gacha) price. The fee depends on your destination country, the shipping method, and whether you select coverage (insurance). After submitting your request, please check the email from the team and pay the shipping fee in USDC. The email will be sent within 3 days.
#### Q. Can I request shipment at any time?
Yes. You can submit a shipping request from the My Cards page whenever you like. When the request is processed, the NFT is burned and the physical card is shipped to you.
#### Q. Can I keep the NFT and also receive the physical card?
No. As long as you hold the NFT, the physical card remains stored in our vault. When you choose to receive the physical card, the corresponding NFT is burned. Burning the NFT by sending it to a null address or interacting directly with the smart contract does not trigger shipment — redemption must always go through the official request flow on the My Cards page.
#### Q. To which countries do you ship?
We ship to most countries worldwide, with a few exceptions due to legal or logistical restrictions. If you have concerns about shipping to your location, please contact the team before submitting a request.
#### Q. How long does shipping take?
Approximate transit times after dispatch:

Times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier conditions, and local holidays. International shipments that require customs paperwork may take longer.
#### Q. Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?
All cards are shipped from Japan. Whether import taxes apply depends on your destination:
* Japan: Domestic shipment — no customs duties or import taxes apply.
* Outside Japan: Your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import VAT/GST, and carrier handling fees levied by your country. These charges are determined and collected by your local customs authority and/or the carrier, and are the recipient's responsibility. They are not included in the shipping fee paid to BONKUJI.
Key points:
* Import taxes are generally calculated on the declared value of the card.
* Some countries apply a de minimis threshold — if the declared value is below this threshold, no import tax is charged. Note that many countries (including the US, Vietnam, and Thailand) have recently abolished these exemptions.
* United States: The 800 USD de minimis exemption was suspended in August 2025. Goods of Japanese origin are currently subject to a tariff of approximately 15% regardless of value, and additional temporary tariffs may apply. US tariff policy is changing frequently — please check the latest rates before requesting shipment.
* If the recipient refuses to pay import duties and the package is returned or abandoned, re-shipping costs are borne by the recipient.
Below are the standard import tax rates and de minimis thresholds for major countries when importing from Japan (reference only, as of June 2026 — actual charges are determined by your local customs authority):

In addition to the taxes above, a small customs duty may apply in some countries depending on the product classification. Rates and thresholds are subject to change by each country's authorities. If your country is not listed, please check with your local customs office or contact the team.
#### Q. What if there's an incident during shipping?
For shipping options with coverage, compensation is provided up to the limit set by the shipping carrier in case of loss or damage in transit. No-coverage options are not eligible for compensation. We strongly recommend selecting a covered shipping option for high-value cards.
If your package appears lost or damaged, please contact the team with your tracking number as soon as possible.
#### Q. Can I change my shipping address after submitting a request?
If the package has not yet been dispatched, contact the team immediately and we will do our best to update the address. Once the package has been handed to the carrier, the address can no longer be changed. To protect the platform from abuse, shipment to third-party addresses may require additional verification.
Q. NFTを実物カードと引き換えることはできますか？
はい。すべての実物カードは安全に保管されており、保有者はマイカードページからいつでも実物カードの発送をリクエストできます。
引き換えの流れは以下の通りです。
1. マイカードページから発送リクエストを送信します。
2. 3日以内に、事務局から送料のご案内メールが届きます。
3. 送料を USDC でお支払いください。
4. 支払い確認後、NFTは\*\*焼却（バーン）\*\*され、実物カードが発送されます。
5. 追跡番号をお知らせしますので、配送状況をいつでも確認できます。
⚠️ NFTの焼却後は引き換えを取り消すことはできません。NFTと実物カードの両方を保有することはできません。
#### Q. 送料について
送料は別途かかり、くじの価格には含まれていません。送料はお届け先の国、配送方法、補償（保険）の有無によって異なります。発送リクエスト後、事務局からのメールをご確認の上、USDCで送料をお支払いください。メールは3日以内に送られます。
#### Q. 実物カードの発送はいつでもできますか？
はい。マイカードページから、ご希望のタイミングで発送リクエストが可能です。発送リクエストが処理されるとNFTは焼却（バーン）され、実物カードがお手元に届きます。
#### Q. NFTを保有したまま実物カードも受け取れますか？
いいえ。NFTを保有している間、実物カードは当社の保管庫で保管されます。実物カードの受け取りを選択した場合、対応するNFTは焼却されます。なお、NFTをnullアドレスに送付したり、スマートコントラクトを直接操作して焼却しても発送は行われません。引き換えは必ずマイカードページの正規のリクエストフローから行ってください。
#### Q. どの国に発送できますか？
法律上・物流上の制約がある一部の国を除き、世界中のほとんどの国に発送可能です。お住まいの地域への発送にご不安がある場合は、リクエスト前に事務局までお問い合わせください。
#### Q. 配送日数の目安は？
発送後の配送日数の目安は以下の通りです。

通関や配送会社の状況、現地の祝日などにより変動します。通関手続きが必要な国際配送は、さらに日数がかかる場合があります。
#### Q. 関税・輸入税はかかりますか？
実物カードはすべて日本国内から発送されます。関税・輸入税の有無はお届け先によって異なります。
* 日本国内：国内配送のため、関税・輸入税はかかりません。
* 日本国外：お届け先の国の関税・輸入VAT/GST・通関手数料が課される場合があります。これらは現地の税関当局および配送会社によって決定・徴収されるもので、受取人のご負担となります。BONKUJIにお支払いいただく送料には含まれません。
ポイント：
* 輸入税は通常、カードの申告価額に基づいて計算されます。
* 一部の国には\*\*免税枠（デミニミス）\*\*があり、申告価額がその基準額未満の場合は輸入税がかかりません。ただし近年、アメリカ・ベトナム・タイなど免税枠を撤廃する国が増えています。
* アメリカ宛：2025年8月に800 USDの免税枠が撤廃されました。日本原産品には現在、金額にかかわらず\*\*約15%\*\*の関税が課され、さらに一時的な追加関税が適用される場合があります。米国の関税政策は頻繁に変更されているため、発送リクエスト前に最新の税率をご確認ください。
* 受取人が関税の支払いを拒否し、荷物が返送・放棄された場合、再発送の費用は受取人のご負担となります。

上記の税に加え、品目分類によっては少額の関税が別途かかる国があります。税率・免税枠は各国当局により変更される場合があります。上記にない国については、現地の税関または事務局までお問い合わせください。
#### Q. 配送中に事故があった場合は？
補償付き配送をご選択いただいた場合、輸送中の紛失・破損について、配送会社の補償金額を上限として補償されます。補償なし配送の場合は、補償の対象外となります。高額カードの場合は、補償付き配送のご利用を強くおすすめします。
荷物の紛失・破損が疑われる場合は、追跡番号を添えて、できるだけ早く事務局までご連絡ください。
#### Q. 発送リクエスト後に住所を変更できますか？
荷物がまだ発送されていない場合は、すぐに事務局までご連絡ください。可能な限り対応いたします。配送会社へ引き渡し後の住所変更はできません。なお、不正利用防止のため、第三者の住所への発送には追加の確認をお願いする場合があります。
